RemitLance has not launched yet. These terms cover your use of this website and the waitlist. Accounts, invoicing and payments will have their own terms, which we'll publish before launch.

This website, remitlance.com, is operated by ISL-TECH DOO NOVI SAD, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia with registration number 22066226 and tax ID 114757998, at Dr Svetislava Kasapinovica 24, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@remitlance.com.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this website is
This website describes RemitLance, an invoicing and payments product we're building, and lets you join a waitlist. The website doesn't offer accounts, payments, currency conversion, wallets or any other financial service.
The features described here are our plans. They may change before launch, and when RemitLance opens, its availability will depend on identity verification and on approval by our regulated payment and custody partners. Those partners will process payments and hold funds under their own terms. RemitLance is not a bank.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't create an account, guarantee access, or create any obligation for you or for us. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@remitlance.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the details you give us.
No financial advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Examples of balances, payments and payouts shown on the site are illustrations only.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it, or disrupt them;
- submit someone else's details to the waitlist without their permission;
- copy the website's content or branding to suggest a connection with us that doesn't exist.
Our content and brand
The RemitLance name, logo, website design and content belong to ISL-TECH DOO NOVI SAD. You may link to this website, but you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission.
Availability and liability
We provide this website as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error free, or that its content is complete or current.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Serbian law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Where we link to other websites, we aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when RemitLance launches. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do. The version published here when you use the website is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute will be decided by the competent court in Novi Sad, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
