Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

RemitLance has not launched yet. This policy covers this website and the waitlist. Before we open accounts, we'll publish an updated policy that covers identity verification, payments and the partners who provide them.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is ISL-TECH DOO NOVI SAD, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia with registration number 22066226 and tax ID 114757998, at Dr Svetislava Kasapinovica 24, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia("we", "us"). RemitLance is a product of ISL-TECH DOO NOVI SAD.

For anything about your data, email hello@remitlance.com or write to us at the address above.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run this website and the waitlist:

We don't ask for financial details, identity documents or payment information on this website, and we don't collect data about children. The site is meant for adults.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your waitlist details to tell you when RemitLance opens and to send you information about early access. We do this with your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist and can withdraw at any time.

We read and answer the emails you send us, and we process technical data so the website works and stays secure. Both rest on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running the site.

We don't sell your data, share it with others for their own marketing, or use it for automated decisions about you.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't set cookies or use advertising trackers. To count visits and see which pages people read, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device. For each page view it records the referring website and your browser, device type and country, but nothing that lets us identify you. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a public authority with a lawful request.

Transfers outside Serbia

Vercel and Google are based in the United States, so technical data may be processed there. We rely on these providers' standard data protection terms, which include safeguards for international transfers. You can ask us for more information about them.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email hello@remitlance.com. We'll reply within 30 days. To leave the waitlist, you can also reply to any email we send with "unsubscribe".

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia at poverenik.rs. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to waitlist data to the people who need it to run RemitLance.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change, including before RemitLance launches, and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your waitlist details, we'll tell you by email first.
